Privacy Policy

CreatorGrade is a lightweight content planning and grading service for creators. This page explains what we collect and how it is used.

What we collect

When you request a free report or start a weekly subscription, we collect your email address and creator profile: creator name, platform, niche, target audience, content style, goal, and optional channel URL.

How we use it

We use this information to generate your free content ideas, create paid weekly plans, send email delivery, and maintain basic customer/support records.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. CreatorGrade stores basic Stripe identifiers such as customer, checkout, and subscription IDs so we can match webhook events to your subscription status. We do not store card numbers.

AI providers

If OpenAI mode is enabled, your creator profile can be sent to OpenAI to generate content ideas and weekly plans. Do not submit sensitive personal information that is not needed for content planning.

Data retention

We keep JSONL records for leads, paid customers, and paid plans so the service can operate and so backups can be exported. You can request deletion or correction by contacting support.
